The uParts website, software and services are intended for use by collision repair facilities to electronically place orders for parts with their prospective dealers. The data supplied to and or obtained by uParts, hereinafter referred to as “Data”, is for the sole purpose of placing orders accurately and completely with part suppliers. We only share: parts numbers, quantities, list price, part-type, vehicles year, make, model and VIN number and the repair facility’s delivery and contact information. uParts and its affiliates will not share or sell any customer information or shops’ Data to third parties. Any information provided to uParts shall be solely used to improve our services to our customers. We will only use your email address to communicate with you to the extend you authorize us. uParts will not sell or distribute your email address to third parties.

We encourage you to keep your user name and password confidential. We will protect the Data to the best of our ability. However, uParts disclaims any and all liability for disclosure of any information obtained due to errors or fraud by unauthorized third parties.
